The centerpiece of GCC Print Manager™’s dialog is a list of documents. These are the print files in the current folder. This folder is usually “Print File Folder” in the root directory of your boot drive, but you can choose a different folder by selecting “Open Other Folder…” from the File menu.
A print file is generated whenever 1) you select ΓÇ£Print LaterΓÇ¥ in the Print dialog, or 2) the GCC printing software is unable to print a job ΓÇ£nowΓÇ¥ (usually because of insufficient memory). Print files that generated by other that the currently selected printer appear grayed-out in the list.
You may select one file by clicking on its name. You may select a contiguous range of files by shift-clicking. You may select and deselect individual files (without otherwise affecting the current selection) by command-clicking. You may select all print files in the list by choosing ΓÇ£Select AllΓÇ¥ from the Edit menu.
In general, when you want to perform an action on specific print files, you must select them. One shortcut: you may send a selection of files to the printer by double-clicking on one of the files.
